Instructions for submissions:

Thank you for your interest in the Boro Art Crawl! Our mission is to expose Murfreesboro and Rutherford County to the wealth of artistic talent displayed by the people living and working among us, as something to be cherished and held precious by all.

Instructions for submissions:

  • The next Boro Art Crawl will take place on August 10, 2018 from 6pm-9pm. Artists wishing to participate must complete this application.  The application deadline for the August crawl is July 15.
  • Please upload a digital image (PDF, DOC, DOCX, JPG, GIF, TIFF, PNG, MP3, MP4, PSD, Ai) of each piece that you want to be considered.
  • Artists are encouraged to submit at least five pieces.

Artists with selected works will be notified by email. The email will contain the name of the business venue you have been matched, its address, and the contact information for a representative of the Boro Art Crawl.

Artists (or their representatives) are required to attend the night of the Boro Art Crawl. They are responsible for collecting all sales from the purchase of their works, and all applicable sales tax. Unless otherwise arranged with the participating venue, the artwork will only be displayed the night of the Boro Art Crawl. It must be removed immediately following the closing of the event. More details will be sent to each artist upon acceptance of their work.


1. All entries must be original works. No work may infringe on the copyrights of another artist or organization. Any work containing copyrighted materials, such as brand logos, screen grabs, music, video, etc. will not be accepted. If a well-known image is a part of your work of art, it must belong to the public domain. If you have paid for the right to use an image or piece of music, etc., please submit proof of payment.

2. All entries have required form fields. You will not be able to bypass or submit your application if left blank.


Every effort will be made to insure the safety of your work, however, Boro Art Crawl, the members of the planning committee, and participating businesses and organizations are not responsible for loss or damage to any artwork.


All rights to the work shown will remain with the artist.


Your application submission grants permission to Boro Art Crawl to employ your images for use in promotional purposes on the event’s social media pages, press releases, brochures and any other forms of marketing communication for the event. The Boro Art Crawl is not responsible for how outside publications credit or review artwork.

Your completed and submitted application also serves as an acknowledgement that you have read, understand, and will comply with all the above.
